Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. (1 oz.) TACO BELL® Taco Seasoning Mix
1 can (11 oz.) corn with red and green bell peppers, drained
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
4 cups (1/2 of 32-oz. pkg.) ORE-IDA TATER TOTS
3/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 375ºF.
Cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.
Spoon into 11x7-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with corn, soup and TATER TOTS.
Bake 40 to 45 min. or until heated through.
Serve topped with salsa and sour cream.
Substitute 1 cup thawed frozen corn for the drained canned corn.
