No need to buy a fancy marinade to make our Classic Glazed Chicken. You can make the easy mixture with pantry ingredients you already have on hand.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup lemon juice
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
6 small boneless skinless chicken breast s (1.5 lb.)
1 pkg. (20 oz.) ORE-IDA Grillers Golden Thick Cut Potatoes

Mix all ingredients except chicken and potatoes until blended; pour over chicken in shallow dish. Turn to evenly coat both sides of chicken breasts. Refrigerate 1 hour to marinate.
Heat grill to medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Grill chicken 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, grill potatoes as directed on package.
Serve chicken with potatoes.
Instead of grilling the chicken, you can cook it on the stove top. Marinate chicken as directed. Remove from marinade; discard marinade. Cook chicken in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (165ºF). Serve with grilled potatoes as directed.
This flavorful barbecued chicken can be marinated up to 24 hours before grilling as directed.
