3/4 cup whipping cream
3/4 cup CLASSICO Traditional Basil Pesto Sauce and Spread
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Heat oven to 425ºF.
Bake TATER TOTS as directed on package.
Meanwhile, bring cream just to simmer on low heat. Add pesto and pepper; stir until blended. Keep warm.
