1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup BREAKSTONE'S or KNUDSEN Sour Cream
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives

Microwave potatoes as directed on package. (Do not mash.)

Place potatoes in large bowl. Add milk, sour cream and red pepper; mash until ingredients are well blended and potatoes are mashed to desired consistency.
