Prepared horseradish gives these cheesy bacon appetizers a bit of bite. And for a cute presentation? We used waffle fries.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 Tbsp. plus 1-1/2 tsp. KRAFT Prepared Horseradish
4 slices cooked OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crumbled
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
1 pkg. (22 oz.) ORE-IDA Waffle Fries

Let's Make It
Mix cream cheese, milk and horseradish in medium bowl until blended. Stir in bacon and chives.
Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.
Heat oven to 450ºF. Bake fries as directed on package. Cool slightly.
Spoon cream cheese mixture onto fries just before serving, adding about 1-1/2 tsp. to each.
For added convenience, the cream cheese mixture can be refrigerated up to 24 hours before serving with the baked fries.
Substitute 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits for the cooked and crumbled bacon slices.
For added flair, spoon chilled cream cheese mixture into pastry bag fitted with desired decorating tip. Use to pipe cream cheese mixture onto baked fries.
Garnish with fresh parsley sprigs before serving.
