These Cheesecake Creme Berry Parfaits are a cinch to make. Doesn't matter. It still feels like a special occasion when you serve them!

Original recipe yields 2 servings
2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1/4 cup JET-PUFFED Marshmallow Creme
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup each blueberries and sliced strawberries

Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
Layer half each of the fruit and Neufchatel mixture in 2 parfait glasses; repeat layers.
Refrigerate 30 min.
PHILADELPHIA Cheesecake Creme Dip
Omit berries. Prepare Neufchatel mixture as directed, except double both the Neufchatel and marshmallow creme. Serve as a dip with cut-up fresh fruit or pound cake cubes. Makes 6 servings, 2 Tbsp. each.
