1 Tbsp. cornmeal
1 lb. refrigerated pizza dough, at room temperature
2 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1/2 lb. fresh asparagus spears, cut into 2-inch lengths, blanched
1 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
1 tsp. chopped fresh parsley

Heat oven to 450ºF.

Sprinkle large baking sheet with cornmeal. Place dough on prepared baking sheet; roll out into 13x9-inch rectangle. Bake 5 min.

Brush crust with oil; top with remaining ingredients.

Blanching Fresh Asparagus
To blanch fresh asparagus, add the spears to a large pot of boiling water. Cook, uncovered, for 2 to 3 minutes. Drain, then immediately plunge the asparagus into a bowl of ice water to stop the cooking. When completely cool, drain and pat dry.
