Frozen waffles, cheddar and turkey sausage are layered in a casserole and refrigerated overnight to make this easy brunchtime bake.

10 frozen waffle s (4-inch diameter)
1-1/2 cups KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
1 pkg. (9.6 oz.) fully cooked turkey sausage link s, sliced
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese
2 cups fat-free milk
2-1/2 cups cholesterol-free egg product

Layer half each of the waffles, cheese and sausage in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray, cutting waffles as necessary to fit dish; repeat layers.

Microwave Neufchatel in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 30 to 40 sec. or until softened; whisk until creamy. Gradually add milk, about 1/4 cup at a time, whisking after each addition until blended. Whisk in eggs. Pour over ingredients in baking dish; cover with foil. Refrigerate overnight.

Heat oven to 350ºF. Bake casserole (covered) 50 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean, uncovering for the last 20 min.
