What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
1-1/2 lb. lean ground chicken
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Blue Cheese
1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
2 green onions, chopped
1 egg, beaten

Heat oven to 375°F.
Mix dressing and wing sauce until blended. Mix 1/2 cup dressing mixture with all remaining ingredients just until blended.
Press into 9x5-inch loaf pan sprayed with cooking spray; top with remaining dressing mixture.
Bake 30 to 35 min. or until done (165ºF).
How to Store Leftovers
Cool any leftovers; wrap tightly. Refrigerate up to 2 days or freeze up to 3 months. When ready to serve, slice and use to prepare sandwiches. Or to serve warm, reheat, uncovered, on microwaveable plate in microwave until heated through. (If frozen, thaw in refrigerator before reheating.)
Serve this delicious comfort food with mashed potatoes and a hot steamed green vegetable, such as broccoli.
