What You Need
Original recipe yields 12 servings
3 cups diced boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
2 cups KRAFT Shredded Three Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA
1 cup hot sauce
1/4 cup KRAFT Sweet & Spicy Barbecue Sauce
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1/4 cup canned jalapeño pepper slices

Let's Make It
Add all ingredients except peppers and chips to a slow cooker.
Stir ingredients until mixed well.
Cook on low for 3 hours or on high for 1 hour.
Stir mixture well and transfer to a serving dish. Top with jalapeño pepper .
Serve with tortilla chips.
