What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1-1/2 cups finely crushed wheat and barley cereal flakes
1/3 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
6 tilapia fillets (1-1/2 lb.)
1 egg, beaten

Heat oven to 450°F.
Combine first 3 ingredients in shallow dish. Dip fish in egg, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet with each ingredient.
Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 5 to 10 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Substitute any fine-textured fish fillets, such as sole, flounder or cod, for the tilapia.
Substitute boneless skinless chicken breasts for the fish. Decrease oven temperature to 400°F. Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
Serve sprinkled with 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil or parsley and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.
