1/3 cup KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan and Romano Cheese
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
4 thin-cut boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
1 egg, beaten

Heat oven to 400°F.

Combine first 4 ingredients in shallow dish. Dip chicken in egg, then in cereal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each breast with each ingredient.

Place in shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake 15 to 20 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).
