What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 tsp. olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
1 each green and red bell pepper, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. 93%-fat-free ground turkey
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) red kidney beans, rinsed
1 cup water
1/4 cup HEINZ Apple Cider Vinegar
1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee
2 tsp. chipotle chile pepper powder
2 tsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

Let's Make It
Heat oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add onions, bell peppers and garlic; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add turkey; cook 10 min. or until done, stirring frequently.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 30 min., stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite chili toppings, such as chopped onions, KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese, chopped fresh tomatoes and/or TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa.
Garnish with fresh chopped cilantro just before serving.
