2 Tbsp. milk
1/3 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. paprika, divided
4 boneless skinless chicken thigh s (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne), divided
2 Tbsp. oil
3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. dried thyme leaves, crushed
1 can (14.5 oz.) fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

Whisk egg and milk in shallow dish until blended. Combine bread crumbs, cheese and 1/2 tsp. paprika in separate shallow dish. Sprinkle chicken with 1/4 tsp. red pepper. Dip chicken, 1 piece at a time, into egg mixture, then bread crumb mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each chicken piece with each ingredient.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook on medium heat 12 to 15 min. or until chicken done (165°F) and evenly browned on both sides, turning after 8 min. Transfer chicken to platter, reserving drippings in skillet; cover chicken to keep warm.
Add butter to reserved drippings; cook until melted. Add flour, thyme, remaining paprika and remaining red pepper; cook and stir 1 min. Gradually stir in chicken broth; cook 3 to 4 min. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Serve chicken topped with gravy.
Serve with hot mashed potatoes and a steamed fresh green vegetable.
