Of course, we like garlic-smashed potatoes with anything. But it's particularly tasty when served with crispy chicken drumsticks!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
6 chicken drumstick s (1-1/2 lb.)
1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
1-1/2 lb. red potatoes (about 5), cut into 1-1/2-inch chunks
1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
3 cloves garlic, minced

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 400ºF.
Coat chicken with coating mix as directed; place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 30 min. or until done (165ºF). Meanwhile, add potatoes to large saucepan of boiling water; cook 20 min. or until tender.
Drain potatoes; return to pan. Add mayo, cheese and garlic; mash until desired consistency. Serve with chicken.
Substitute 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese for the Parmesan cheese.
Stir 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley into the hot smashed potatoes before serving.
Substitute MIRACLE WHIP Dressing for the mayo.
