1 pkg. (14.4 oz.) frozen bell pepper and onion strips
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Hot Habanero Cheese
2 cups hot cooked long-grain white rice

Cook sausage in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 5 to 6 min. or until lightly browned, stirring occasionally.
Add vegetables and barbecue sauce; stir. Cover; cook on medium heat 5 to 6 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Top with cheese; cook, covered, 3 min. or until melted. Serve over rice.
Serve over hot cooked long-grain brown rice.
