1 boneless beef strip steak (3/4 lb.), 1 inch thick

4 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
1/2 cup shredded carrot s

Heat grill to medium heat.
Grill steak 4 to 5 min. on each side or until medium doneness (160°F), brushing with HEINZ 57 Sauce for the last few minutes. Transfer to cutting board; let stand 5 min.
Meanwhile, toss lettuce with tomatoes and carrots in large bowl.
Cut steak across the grain into thin slices; place over salad. Drizzle with dressing just before serving.
Add your favorite cut-up fresh vegetables, such as slivered red onions, sliced cucumbers, sliced radishes, sliced green onions and/or shredded cabbage, to salad before serving as directed.
