Classic macaroni and cheese gets a beefy boost from ground beef. And to give it extra cheeseburger appeal, we added ketchup!
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
3 cups water
1/3 cup HEINZ Tomato Ketchup
1 tsp. onion powder
1 cup elbow macaroni, uncooked
1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Let's Make It
Brown meat in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add water, ketchup and onion powder; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently.
Stir in macaroni; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Add VELVEETA; cook 3 to 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
Prepare using 2% Milk VELVEETA.
