1/2 cup HEINZ 57 Sauce
2-1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
4 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1 lb.)
4 boneless beef strip steak s (1 lb.), 3/4 inch thick

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium heat.
Mix first 2 ingredients until blended.
Grill chicken and steaks 6 to 8 min. on each side or until chicken is done (165ºF) and steaks are cooked to medium doneness (160ºF), brushing with sauce mixture for the last 5 min.
For a touch of sweetness, stir 2 Tbsp. honey into sauce mixture before using as directed.
