It doesn't have to be peak peach season for you to make these peachy pork chops. They get their sweetness from peach preserves.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup peach preserves
1/4 cup HEINZ 57 Sauce
4 bone-in pork chop s (1-1/2 lb.), 1/2 inch thick

Let's Make It
Heat grill to medium-high heat.
Bring preserves and 57 Sauce to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Remove from heat.
Reserve half the preserves mixture for later use. Grill chops 6 to 7 min. on each side or until done (145°F), brushing with remaining preserves mixture for the last 5 min.
Remove chops from grill. Let stand 3 min. Serve topped with reserved preserves mixture.
How to Check for Doneness
Insert an instant-read thermometer horizontally into side of each chop to check for doneness, being careful to not touch the bone.
Prepare using apricot preserves or orange marmalade.
