What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium beef broth
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
2 Tbsp. olive oil
2 racks of lamb (2 lb.), trimmed

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 350°F.
Mix honey, broth and Worcestershire sauce until blended.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook to 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
Place in shallow pan sprayed with cooking spray; brush with honey mixture.
Bake 25 min. or until done (150°F), basting every 5 min. Let stand 15 min. before slicing to serve.
Lamb continues to cook while standing. If the internal temperature is 150°F when removed from oven, it will reach 160°F after the suggested 15-min. standing time.
Serve with baked sweet potatoes, and your favorite hot steamed fresh green vegetable.
