Sure, you can make roasted garlic potatoes with dried rosemary leaves. But fresh herbs taste awesome and make the presentation perfectly lovely.

1 lb. small red potatoes (about 5)
1/3 cup LEA & PERRINS Marinade for Chicken
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
2 Tbsp. minced garlic

Heat oven 400°F.

Prick potatoes with fork or sharp knife. Microwave on HIGH 30 sec.; cut into 1/2-inch pieces. Place in 1-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

Mix remaining ingredients until blended; pour over potatoes. Toss until potatoes are evenly coated with marinade mixture.

Bake 20 to 25 min. or until potatoes are tender and lightly browned, stirring after 10 min.
