1 cup tomato sauce
2 pouches (8 oz. each) microwavable brown rice, uncooked
3 Tbsp. plain nonfat yogurt

Add curry paste and tomato sauce; mix well. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring frequently.
