2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. HEINZ Worcestershire Sauce
1 pkg. (24 oz.) ORE-IDA STEAM N' MASH Cut Russet Potatoes
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Heat oil in skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 3 to 5 min. or until crisp-tender, stirring frequently. Add next 3 ingredients; mix well. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min., stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, microwave potatoes as directed on package.

Place potatoes in large bowl. Add onion mixture and cheese; mash until potatoes are desired consistency and ingredients are well blended.
