Avocados and Sriracha sauce are the perfect partners for turkey sausage patties in these delicious sandwiches.
What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
2 Tbsp. butter
6 egg s
6 fully cooked turkey sausage patties, heated
6 small ciabatta sandwich roll s, toasted
1 ripe avocado, cut into 12 slices
6 KRAFT 2% Milk Sharp Cheddar Singles
1/3 cup HEINZ Ketchup Blended with Sriracha Flavor

Let's Make It
Melt butter in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Slip eggs, 1 at a time, into skillet, leaving spaces between eggs. Cook 2 to 3 min. or until whites are set and yolks are cooked to desired doneness. Remove from heat.
Place sausage patties on bottom halves of rolls; top with avocados, eggs, 2% Milk Singles and ketchup. Cover with tops of rolls.
For added color and texture, serve with a mixed green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
Serve with hot cooked ORE-IDA Diced Hash Brown Potatoes.
Prepare recipe as directed, decreasing the butter to 1 Tbsp. and scrambling the eggs in the melted butter in skillet instead of frying them.
