1 pkg. (8 oz.) WEIGHT WATCHERS SMART ONES Steak Fajita, divided
3 cups tightly packed torn romaine lettuce
2/3 cup chopped cucumber s
1/2 cup chopped tomato es
1/4 cup TACO BELL® Thick & Chunky Salsa
2 Tbsp. BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Heat oven to 375ºF.

Remove Tortillas from Steak Fajita tray. Microwave tortillas 15 sec.; cut into thin strips. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 5 min. or until crisp, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, microwave Steak Fajitas (in tray) as directed on package.

Toss lettuce with vegetables in large bowl. Add Beans/Rice Mix and Steak/Vegetable Mix from fajita tray; mix lightly. Top with salsa, sour cream, cheese and tortilla strips.
