1 pkg. (20 oz.) ORE-IDA Grillers Golden Thick Cut Potatoes
1-1/2 tsp. sesame oil
1/2 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak, cut into thin strips
2 cups coleslaw blend (cabbage slaw mix)
6 Tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted

Heat oven to 450ºF.

Bake potatoes as directed on package.

Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add meat; cook and stir 2 min. or until done. Remove from skillet.

Add coleslaw blend to skillet; cook and stir on high heat 2 to 3 min. or until softened. Add hoisin sauce and meat; mix well. Cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly.

Place potatoes in single layer on platter; top each with about 1-1/2 Tbsp. meat mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seed.
