What You Need
Original recipe yields 6 servings
3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 large onion, thinly sliced
2 chicken sausage link s, cut diagonally into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
1/2 cup CLASSICO Traditional Pizza Sauce
1-1/4 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup tightly packed baby arugula

Let's Make It
Heat oven to 450°F.
Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions; cook 5 to 10 min. or until tender, stirring frequently. Meanwhile, cook and stir sausage in separate nonstick skillet until done, stirring occasionally.
Spread pizza crust with pizza sauce; top with mozzarella, sausage and onions.
Bake 10 to 12 min. or until cheese is melted and edge of crust is golden brown. Top with arugula.
Prepare using KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese or KRAFT Pizza Shredded Mozzarella & Provolone Cheeses.
Sprinkle hot baked pizza with 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese before topping with the arugula.
