Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken, onions and basil; cook and stir 4 min. or until chicken is lightly browned.
Add vegetables, gravy and water; stir. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until chicken is done and vegetables are heated through, stirring frequently.
Stir in mustard and lemon juice; cook 1 min. or until heated through, stirring constantly.
Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles.
