2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup cornmeal
2 Tbsp. oil
4 flounder fillets (1 lb.)

Mix first 3 ingredients in shallow dish until blended. Combine flour and cornmeal in separate shallow dish.

Dip fish, 1 fillet at a time, in buttermilk mixture, then in cornmeal mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each fillet with each ingredient.

Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add fish; cook 3 to 4 min. on each side or until fish is golden brown and flakes easily with fork.
