2/3 cup olive oil
1/4 cup HEINZ Red Wine Vinegar
1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Whisk first 4 ingredients until blended.
Stir in Parmesan Cheese until blended.
This flavorful dressing can be prepared ahead of time. Refrigerate up to 24 hours before serving. For best flavor, let dressing stand at room temperature about 20 min. before serving.
Use Your Blender
Use your blender to blend the oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar until blended. Stir in desired Add-ins.
Stir in any one of the following along with the Parmesan cheese: 2 sliced green onions, 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs, 2 tsp. poppy seed or sesame seed, 1 tsp. minced garlic.
Prepare using vegetable oil and/or HEINZ Balsamic Vinegar.
