1 Tbsp. jerk seasoning, divided
6 tuna steak s (1-1/2 lb.), 1 inch thick
4 mangos, chopped
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro, chopped
2 serrano chile s, seeded, minced
2 green onion s, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. LEA & PERRINS Marinade for Chicken
1 Tbsp. minced gingerroot
1 Tbsp. lime juice
