1 pkg. (12 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner
2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 cup chopped cooked corned beef

Bring water to boil in large saucepan. Add Shell Macaroni and vegetables; stir. Return to boil; simmer on medium-low heat 8 to 10 min. or until macaroni is tender. (Do not drain.)

Add Cheese Sauce and meat; mix well. Cook 3 to 5 min. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
