Bring soup, milk and Worcestershire sauce to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently.
Simmer on medium-low heat 5 min., stirring frequently.
Stir in salsa; cook 2 to 3 min. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
Cover large platter with tortilla chips. Top with prepared dip, chopped tomatoes, pickled jalapeño nacho slices, black olive slices and chopped green onions.
