2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1 cup milk
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Cook cream cheese, milk and Worcestershire sauce in medium saucepan on medium heat 15 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Stir in Parmesan; cook and stir 2 min.
