What You Need
Original recipe yields 24 servings
3 oz. BAKER'S Unsweetened Chocolate, broken into small pieces
24-1/2 cups freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Vanilla Flavored Coffee, divided
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup whipping cream

Let's Make It
Cook chocolate and 1/2 cup coffee in saucepan on low heat until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring constantly.
Stir in sugar. Bring to boil on medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Simmer on low heat 4 min., stirring constantly. Pour into large bowl. Cool to room temperature.
Beat cream with mixer on high speed until soft peaks form. Gently stir into chocolate mixture.
Place 1 rounded Tbsp. chocolate mixture in each mug; stir in 1 cup of the remaining hot coffee until blended.
The chocolate mixture can be prepared ahead of time. Store in refrigerator up to 2 days. Reheat remaining coffee as needed just before mixing with the chocolate mixture as directed.
Prepare using MAXWELL HOUSE Hazelnut Flavored Coffee.
Substitute 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping for the whipped cream.
