Enjoy a twist on a classic with curried lamb quesadillas from KRAFT Recipes. These lamb quesadillas with curry are sure to be a dinnertime favorite.

6 Tbsp. KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
1 tsp. curry powder, divided
1 lb. boneless leg of lamb, cut into 1-inch-wide strips
1 small onion, cut into thin slices, separated into rings
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
4 flour tortillas (8 inch)
1/2 cup KRAFT Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese

Mix 1/4 cup dressing and 1/2 tsp. curry powder until blended; pour over meat in shallow dish. Stir to evenly coat meat with dressing mixture. Refrigerate 10 min.

Heat oven to 375°F. Remove meat from dressing mixture; discard dressing mixture. Heat remaining dressing in large skillet on medium heat. Add onions, garlic and remaining curry powder; cook and stir 3 min. or until onions are crisp-tender. Stir in meat; cook 4 to 6 min. or until done, stirring occasionally. Stir in raisins and cilantro.

Spoon meat mixture onto tortillas; top with cheese. Fold tortillas in half; place on baking sheet.

Bake 4 to 5 min. or until cheese is melted.
