Original recipe yields 14 servings
1 cup apple juice
1/4 cup plus 1 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard, divided
1 tsp. ground black pepper
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 pork shoulder (5 lb.)
1 cup KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
1/2 cup honey

Mix apple juice, 1/4 cup mustard, pepper and garlic powder until blended. Pour over meat in shallow dish; turn to evenly coat meat with juice mixture. Refrigerate 4 hours to marinate, turning meat after 2 hours.

Heat grill to medium-high heat. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade. Place meat in disposable foil pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with foil. Place on grill grate.

Grill 3-1/2 hours. Meanwhile, mix barbecue sauce, honey and remaining mustard until blended.

Remove meat from pan; place meat directly on grill grate. Discard foil pan. Brush meat with about half the barbecue sauce mixture. Grill 20 min. or until tender, turning and brushing occasionally with remaining barbecue sauce mixture.
