Original recipe yields 8 servings
1 pkg. (8-1/2 oz.) corn muffin mix
1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. dried Italian seasoning

Prepare corn muffin batter as directed on package. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into 8-inch square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 18 to 20 min. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Substitute 1 tsp. of your favorite chopped fresh herb, such as oregano or thyme, for the Italian seasoning.
