Mix mayo and mustard until well blended. Combine cracker crumbs and parsley.
Place fish in single layer in shallow foil-lined pan; drizzle with lemon juice. Spread with mayo mixture. Top with crumb mixture; press gently into mayo mixture.
Bake 12 to 15 min. or until fish flakes easily with fork.
Prepare using KRAFT Light Mayo Reduced Fat Mayonnaise.
Add 1 Tbsp. KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese to mayo mixture before spreading onto fish.
Serve with a bagged green salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Dressing, such as Italian or Ranch.
