Heat oven to 350°F.
Bring all ingredients except chicken to boil in saucepan on medium heat, stirring frequently. Simmer on medium-low heat 2 min. Remove from heat.
Place chicken in 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 20 to 25 min. or until done (165°F), brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 10 min.
Prepare using 4 small bone-in chicken breast halves. Increase baking time to 40 min. or until chicken is done (165°F), brushing with barbecue sauce mixture for the last 10 min.
