What You Need
Original recipe yields 8 servings
1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
3 Tbsp. KRAFT Parmesan Cheese, divided
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/4 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)
1 pkg. (20 oz.) ORE-IDA Grillers Golden Thick Cut Potatoes
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Four Cheese
1 cup plain croutons, crushed

Heat oven to 450°F.
Mix sour cream and 2 Tbsp. Parmesan until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Combine oil, garlic, paprika and red pepper; toss with potatoes in large bowl. Spread onto rimmed baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake 12 min., stirring after 6 min. Meanwhile, combine shredded cheese, crushed croutons and remaining Parmesan.
Sprinkle cheese mixture over potatoes; bake 3 min. or until shredded cheese is melted. Serve topped with sour cream mixture.
Serve this delicious side with lean meat or poultry.
Stir 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley into sour cream mixture before refrigerating as directed.
Prepare using your favorite variety of KRAFT Shredded Cheese.
