1 pkg. (10-oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1/2 cup shredded carrot s
1 can (4 oz.) mushroom pieces and stems, drained
1 pkg. (8 oz.) KRAFT Shredded Cheddar & Monterey Jack Cheeses
4 egg s
2 cups milk
1 can (10-1/2 oz.) reduced-fat reduced-sodium condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing
1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Spread croutons onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray; cover with layers of sausage, spinach, carrots, mushrooms and cheese.

Whisk remaining ingredients until blended; pour over ingredients in baking pan. Refrigerate 8 hours.

Heat oven to 325°F. Bake casserole (uncovered) 55 min. or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 10 min. before cutting into pieces to serve.
