1 can (10-1/2 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of celery soup
2/3 cup milk
4 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1-1/2 cups chopped cooked chicken
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, green beans, peas)
1/2 cup chopped onion s
30 round buttery cracker s, crushed (about 1 cup)
1 Tbsp. butter, melted

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix soup, milk, mustard and pepper until blended. Combine next 3 ingredients in large bowl. Add soup mixture; mix lightly.

Spoon into 2-qt. casserole sprayed with cooking spray.

Combine cracker crumbs and butter; sprinkle over chicken mixture.

Bake 25 to 30 min. or until heated through.

How to Easily Crush the Crackers
Place crackers in resealable plastic bag; seal bag. Use your hands to squeeze bag until crackers are finely crushed. Or, use a rolling pin to crush the crackers.
