Microwave butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 45 sec. or until melted. Add marshmallows; toss to coat. Microwave 1-1/2 min. or until marshmallows are completely melted and mixture is well blended, stirring after 45 sec.
Add cereal; mix well. Shape into 18 balls.
Cover baking sheet with waxed paper. Dip 1/3 of each ball into chocolate; place on prepared baking sheet. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
Prepare using BAKER'S White Chocolate or BAKER'S Bittersweet Chocolate.
Dip balls in melted chocolate as directed. Immediately sprinkle with colored sprinkles or nonpareils. Let stand until chocolate is firm.
