What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1 cup HEINZ Fat Free Savory Beef Gravy
1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
4 KRAFT Slim Cut Mozzarella Cheese Slice s

Let's Make It
Mix meat and seasoning just until blended. Shape into 4 (1/2-inch-thick) patties.
Cook in skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium heat 2 to 3 min. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
Mix gravy and pepper until blended; pour over burgers. Cover; simmer on medium-low heat 10 min. or until burgers are done (160ºF).
Top with cheese; cook, covered, 1 min. or until cheese is melted.
Serve in whole wheat hamburger buns along with a small side salad tossed with your favorite KRAFT Lite Dressing.
