Original recipe yields 20 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. dry bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, divided
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

Mix meat, bread crumbs, garlic, egg and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 20 (1-inch) meatballs.

Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min., turning occasionally. Meanwhile, mix pineapple juice with all remaining ingredients, including remaining Worcestershire sauce, until blended.

Add pineapple juice mixture to meatballs; stir until evenly coated. Cook 5 to 6 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened and meatballs are done (160ºF), stirring frequently.
