What You Need
Original recipe yields 20 servings
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/4 tsp. dry bread crumbs
1 clove garlic, minced
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce, divided
1/2 cup pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. ground ginger

Mix meat, bread crumbs, garlic, egg and 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce just until blended; shape into 20 (1-inch) meatballs.
Cook in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min., turning occasionally. Meanwhile, mix pineapple juice with all remaining ingredients, including remaining Worcestershire sauce, until blended.
Add pineapple juice mixture to meatballs; stir until evenly coated. Cook 5 to 6 min. or until sauce is slightly thickened and meatballs are done (160ºF), stirring frequently.
For best results, be sure to shake the bottle of Worcestershire sauce well before measuring as indicated on bottle.
Mix and shape the meatball ingredients inside a clean plastic food storage bag for mess-free meatballs.
