What You Need
Original recipe yields 4 servings
1/2 lb. linguine, uncooked
2 Tbsp. butter
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 tsp. dried Italian seasoning
1/4 cup fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth, divided
1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, cubed
1/2 cup milk
2 green onions, sliced

Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
Meanwhile, melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken, peppers and seasoning; cook and stir 4 to 6 min. or until chicken is done. Add 2 Tbsp. chicken broth; simmer on low heat 5 min.
Stir cream cheese, milk and remaining broth in small saucepan on low heat 3 to 5 min. or until blended and heated through.
Drain pasta; place on serving platter. Top with chicken mixture, cream cheese mixture and onions.
Prepare using PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese.
Sprinkle with 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh Italian parsley before serving.
