1 ready-to-use baked pizza crust (12 inch)
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar
1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
2 banana s, sliced
1/4 cup toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut
1/4 cup chopped PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup

Heat oven to 350°F.

Place crust on baking sheet. Brush crust with butter; sprinkle with cinnamon sugar. Bake 12 to 15 min. or until edge of crust is lightly browned. Cool.

Prepare pudding as directed on package using 1 cup milk. Refrigerate while crust cools.

Spread crust with peanut butter; top with pudding and bananas. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts; drizzle with chocolate syrup.

Toasting coconut is easy. Just spread BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut evenly in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350°F for 7 to 10 min. or until lightly browned, stirring frequently. Or, spread in microwaveable pie plate. Microwave on HIGH 3 min. or until lightly browned, stirring every minute. Watch carefully as coconut can easily burn!
How to Make Cinnamon Sugar
Mix 5 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. ground cinnamon to make 2 Tbsp. cinnamon sugar.
