Original recipe yields 24 servings
4 oz. (1/2 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Neufchatel Cheese, softened
1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
1 env. (0.6 oz.) GOOD SEASONS Zesty Italian Dressing Mix
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Let's Make It
Mix Neufchatel, sour cream and dressing mix in medium bowl until blended.
Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
Refrigerate 1 hour.
Serve with cut-up fresh vegetables and/or your favorite crackers.
Stir 1/4 cup shredded carrots into the prepared dip before refrigerating as directed.
To serve this satisfying dip in a colorful bell pepper "bowl," cut thin slice from top of large yellow, red or green bell pepper; remove seeds. Place pepper upright on serving plate. Fill with prepared dip just before serving.
